I honestly can't say enough good things about Jeff. I drove almost 2 hours because I was having issues with my mower and wasn't sure what to expect when I got there. He said they were booked back until two weeks from now but to still come and they would take care of me. As a young business owner fresh out of high school, my mower is one of the most important tools I have, so I was pretty stressed about the situation. From the moment I arrived, Jeff went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to look everything over, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood what was going on. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering anyone. He genuinely wanted to help. Mark was also great. He shared a lot of helpful tips and advice on how to maintain my mower and keep it running its best. You can tell he really knows his stuff, and I learned more in that visit than I have from hours of searching online with google or chat gpt What really stuck with me was that they didn't charge me anything. They spent their time helping me, giving me advice, and making sure I was headed in the right direction without asking for a dime. You just don't see that kind of kindness and willing

I could not be any more impressed with a business. They went above and beyond with my purchase of a CC30H. Would highly recommend.

Service without a smile. The mom at the desk consistently demonstrates poor customer service and is always miserable. The rest are matter-of-fact. Have broken equipment? They don't have time for you. Wanna buy? Only then they take interest, and want to make a quick sale. Go to Lindsey equipment up the road. Customer service there is 5 stars.

They will definitely help you find the right tool to do the job. This Toro snowblower is amazing on my gravel driveway. They even set it for me so I don’t throw rocks. They had less the 10mins before close when I went in and they were still happy to help find me the right make and model. Answered all my questions and delivered it on time. It was a great buying experience.

I brought my snow blower in for service after it wouldn't start. I was told it would take about a week. I got a call 2 days later that it was ready for pickup. When I picked it up the service technician brought it to my truck and I told him this can't be mine it looks brand new. It was mine! This is why when I needed a pressure washer I spent a little more to purchase one here rather than Lowe's. Better products and service after the sale. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you.
